The Internet, in recent years, has become the backbone of society's operations.  Despite being fairly young in comparison to other technological advances, it has quickly made itself a major factor in all industries. Can you imagine what would happen if the Internet went out for just one day? It would be chaos! 

But have you ever thought about who keeps it running? Or how it works? Well most of that credit goes to the underapricaited heros working in the telecommunications industry; more specifically,  Tower Technicians. 

In the US alone, there are approximate 200, 000 Cell towers that need to be constantly maintained. And with the rate at which demand for high speed Internet is growing, there are many more that need to be constructed.  But as of 2023, only 12, 000 Radio, cellular and tower equipment installers exist to complete this task. And these technicians are divided into crews of 4, meaning 3000 crews for the entire country.  That means each crew must maintain 66 towers plus build any that are required in one year. That's just maintenance,  let's not forget there are thousands of towers buildt ever year due to demand, so each crew could be responsible for several hundreds. 

With a high rate of turnover due to factors such as retirement, lack of skill/knowledge, and improper training, the industry is stretched thin and needs new eger workers to help keep up what have now become the pillers of society

All recruits will first undergo Training to recieve the following certifications;

1. OSHA 10 
2. Fall Protection and Rescue Training 
3. CPR & First aid 
4. TTT {Telecommunications Tower Technician} certificate 
5. RF (Radio Frequency) Safety Awerness Training 

Recruits will only be put to work after recieving all the above certification and passing our Mock Tower Climber drills to ensure we provide the best workers for our partners
